The developer continues its efforts to confirm the continued viability of this complex project.  Needless to say, the recent economic turmoil has made this analysis more challenging, as it has with all development projects.  As a result, discussions with potential financial sources are much more challenging, and have caused a delay in our ability to make final recommendations.  In the meantime, much has been accomplished to improve the conditions on the parcels, including expending several hundred thousand dollars on the clean-up and restoration efforts.
