CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION
Columbus Center will be a seven-acre mixed use development that covers the Massachusetts Turnpike from approximately Clarendon St. and Columbus Ave. to the intersection of Tremont St, Herald Way and Marginal Rd. Construction began in 2007 and will continue for approximately three years.

CURRENT WORK
NOTE: As of April 18, 2008, the Developer will be proceeding with construction at a reduced level over the next months until full scale construction resumes. The Developer is meeting with the City and Turnpike Authoirty to develop an interim plan to secure the site, and temporarily restore the streets, sidewalks and on-street parking during this period. The details of this plan will be posted as soon as they are completed.
Current activities include conclusion of pre-construction work (e.g. site preparation, drilled pile testing) and construction work (e.g. drilled pile and shaft installation, support of excavation) is commencing.
